    • On 64-Bit also: Type dir %ProgramFiles(x86)%\VSO\VSO Video Converter\*
  8. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\*.txt where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
  9. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore\Program Files*
    • Windows XP: Type dir %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\VirtualStore\Program Files*
  10. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\VSO\VSO Video Converter\* where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
  11. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\*.txt where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
  12. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore\ProgramData\VSO\*.cache
    • Windows XP: Type dir %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\VirtualStore\ProgramData\VSO\*.cache
  13. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore\ProgramData\VSO\VSO Video Converter\*

  14. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\Log where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
  15. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore\ProgramData\VSO\vsothumbs

Once you have identified the files stored by VSO Video Converter that you want to clean, delete them using the del command or Windows Explorer.
