  7. Type dir /s %WinDir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\*
  8. Type dir /s %WinDir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Content.IE5\*

Once you have identified the files stored by NetworkService Temporary Internet Files that you want to clean, delete them using the del command or Windows Explorer.
