  6. Type dir /s %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DomStore\*
  7. Type dir /s %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\UserData\*

Once you have identified the files stored by Internet Explorer Cookies that you want to clean, delete them using the del command or Windows Explorer.
