• Hit the Windows key , usually located in the lower left of your keyboard between the Ctrl and Alt keys.
• Windows XP/Vista/7: Click Run...
• Type regedit.exe
• Hit Enter

Now use regedit.exe to delete the registry keys:

1. • Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER from the root of the tree in the left pane.
   • Expand Software.
   • Expand Microsoft.
   • Expand HTML Help Workshop.
   • Right-click Compressed HTML.
   • Choose Delete from the context menu.
   • Click Yes.
2. • Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER from the root of the tree in the left pane.
   • Expand Software.
   • Expand Microsoft.
   • Expand HTML Help Workshop.
   • Right-click Html Titles.
   • Choose Delete from the context menu.
   • Click Yes.
3. • Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER from the root of the tree in the left pane.
   • Expand Software.
   • Expand Microsoft.
   • Expand HTML Help Workshop.
   • Right-click Project Files.
   • Choose Delete from the context menu.
   • Click Yes.
4. • Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER from the root of the tree in the left pane.
   • Expand Software.
   • Expand Microsoft.
   • Expand HTML Help Workshop.
   • Right-click Recent File List.
   • Choose Delete from the context menu.
   • Click Yes.
5. • Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER from the root of the tree in the left pane.
   • Expand Software.
   • Expand Microsoft.
   • Expand HTML Help Workshop.
   • Click Settings.
   • Right-click LastProject in the right pane.
   • Choose Delete from the context menu.
   • Click Yes.
6. • Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER from the root of the tree in the left pane.
   • Expand Software.
   • Expand Microsoft.
   • Expand Microsoft HTML Help Image Editor.
   • Right-click Folders.
   • Choose Delete from the context menu.
   • Click Yes.
7. • Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER from the root of the tree in the left pane.
   • Expand Software.
   • Expand Microsoft.
   • Expand Microsoft HTML Help Image Editor.
   • Right-click Recent File List.
   • Choose Delete from the context menu.
   • Click Yes.
