How do I clean BB FlashBack 4?

BB FlashBack 4 may store excess, temporary data on your computer that can take up valuable space. It may also store private data such as passwords or browsing history in the registry or on the file system. The easiest way to erase this data is by downloading AppCleaner, it is 100% free and about 1MB in size. A portable version is also available.

• Type cmd

Now list all the files stored by BB FlashBack 4 that can be cleaned:

2. Type dir %APPDATA%/LogSys
3. Type dir %ProgramFiles%\Common Files/Blueberry Software/*.log
   • On 64-Bit also: Type dir %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Common Files/Blueberry Software/*.log
4. Type dir %ProgramFiles%/Blueberry Software/*
   • On 64-Bit also: Type dir %ProgramFiles(x86)%/Blueberry Software/*
5. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
   Type dir {folder}\drvinstlog.txt where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
6. Type dir %ProgramFiles%/Blueberry Software/*
   • On 64-Bit also: Type dir %ProgramFiles(x86)%/Blueberry Software/*
7. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
   Type dir {folder}\*.log where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
8. Type dir %WinDir%/system32/MTSLog
9. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%/VirtualStore/Program Files*
   • Windows XP: Type dir %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data/VirtualStore/Program Files*
10. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\Blueberry Software/* where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
11. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\drvinstlog.txt where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
12. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%/VirtualStore/Program Files*
    • Windows XP: Type dir %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data/VirtualStore/Program Files*
13. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\Blueberry Software/* where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
14. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\*.log where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.
15. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%/VirtualStore/Program Files*
    • Windows XP: Type dir %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data/VirtualStore/Program Files*
16. For all the folders that were listed in the previous step:
    Type dir {folder}\Common Files/Blueberry Software/*.log where {folder} is one of the folders listed in the previous step.

Once you have identified the files stored by BB FlashBack 4 that you want to clean, delete them using the del command or Windows Explorer.
