• Hit the Windows key , usually located in the lower left of your keyboard between the Ctrl and Alt keys.
• Windows XP/Vista/7: Click Run...
• Type cmd
• Hit Enter

4. Type dir /s %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\AppCache\*
   • Windows XP: Type dir /s %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\AppCache\*
5. Type dir /s %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\IECompatCache\*
   • Windows XP: Type dir /s %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\IECompatCache\*
6. Type dir /s %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\IECompatUACache\*
   • Windows XP: Type dir /s %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\IECompatUACache\*
7. Type dir /s %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\*
   • Windows XP: Type dir /s %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\*
8. Type dir /s %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\*
   • Windows XP: Type dir /s %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\*
9. Type dir %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache.old
   • Windows XP: Type dir %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache.old
10. Type dir /s %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Microsoft\Windows\AppCache\*
11. Type dir /s %WinDir%\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\*

Once you have identified the files stored by Internet Explorer 10/11 that you want to clean, delete them using the del command or Windows Explorer.
